Virtual ownership disclaimer
Ownership is virtual only
What you own on Maalem is a virtual asset inside the platform, linked to the name of a real landmark. It gives you no right of ownership, use, management, access, representation, or any other legal, financial or physical right in the real landmark.
No affiliation
The platform is not affiliated with or endorsed by any public or private body that owns or operates the landmarks listed. Landmark names are used only to identify them, and the information shown about them is general information for identification.
No guaranteed return
A Taj is a closed internal currency: it cannot be withdrawn as cash, and it is not a security, a deposit or redeemable e-money. We do not guarantee that any asset will rise in price or can be sold.
Prices are set by the market
The declared price is set by the owner. It may go up or down and you may not find a buyer. Traffic figures are past measurements and do not indicate future results.
You can lose your asset
Any user can buy your asset at your declared price after the protection period. If upkeep fees are not paid, the asset is suspended and the fees accrue on it; it returns to the platform if they reach its declared price.
